By submitting any video content to Peekaboo TV, you are agreeing to comply with our conditions of use as detailed below.

Video is defined as any form of video footage or imagery.

Conditions of Use
You must be at least 18 years old to submit a video

You must be the copyright owner of the content you upload. You must not upload content if the copyright of the images or videos is owned by anyone other than yourself.

Bizarre and Peekaboo TV will be granted all rights to your content once it is submitted. You will waive all rights including moral rights to this content. Bizarre and Peekaboo TV will be entitled to exploit the content you upload (video, text or images) in any media and in any manner it sees fit.

If anyone other than yourself appears in the video you must have their prior consent to have the video submitted.

Peekaboo TV will review your video to determine if it is suitable for inclusion within our site.  We may reject any video at our sole discretion.

Examples of content that will not be permitted on the site include the following:

• Violent, illegal or threatening behaviour
• Pornography
• Drug usage or promotion
• Racist content
• Content which may be considered defamatory, slanderous or libelous
• Content which invades individuals rights to privacy
• Copyright materials
• Images of celebrities or public figures
• Content containing inappropriate or offensive language

Peekaboo TV may notify the Police or other appropriate authorities should it consider your video to be illegal.

You grant Peekaboo TV the right to edit, adapt or reformat your content in its absolute discretion.

Peekaboo TV will in its sole discretion determine the layout and placing of your content on the site.

Registration and Usage
When you register for the service you will be given a username and password.  You will be responsible for your password and must not disclose it to anyone else.  You will be responsible for all actions taken using your password.  If you believe your user name and/or password has been stolen you must notify us immediately in order that we can suspend your account.

Outpayments
Your Peekaboo TV account will be credited each time a uses pays to download any of your content. We will pay out 10% of the net revenue we receive. The Net Revenue is the total price paid by the consumer less vat, billing and any content delivery costs. This enables us to offer a subscription service that allows subscribers to view as much content as they want (on web and wap only, not downloads to mobile from web). Net revenue due to content provider will be calculated at the end of each month and will be distributed based on proportion of overall content views by subscribers.

PeekabooTV may allow one of your clips to be downloaded for free from the web site. This will help raise your profile and could increase downloads of your other content images and video clips.

Payment will be available for you to draw down once your balance reaches £10.

Payment will be made using PayPal or other means which we may determine at our discretion 60 days after the end of the month during which your video was successfully downloaded and paid for.  The reason for this delay is that we are also subject to this delay by our billing partners.

You must provide a valid email address to receive payment.

You will be responsible for setting up your own PayPal account and linking it to the email address you have provided and for any charges that PayPal may impose

You will be responsible for declaring and paying any taxes which may become payable as a result of the payments you receive from Peekaboo TV.

Peekaboo TV will not be liable under any circumstances for any loss or damage which you incur or suffer in connection with your use of our service.

Use and Protection of Your Personal Information
Peekaboo TV recognises that your privacy is very important to you and we use the latest technologies & best practices to secure all personal information.  Peekaboo TV aims to preserve your privacy at all times and will not disclose your personal information to, or utilise your personal information with third parties unless we are required to do so by law or we, in good faith, believe that such action is necessary to:

1. Comply with the law or with legal process
2. Protect and defend our rights and property
3. Protect against misuse or unauthorised use of this website
4. Protect the personal safety or property of our customers or the public (among other things, this means that if you provide false registration information or attempt to pose as someone else, information about you may be disclosed as part of any investigation into your actions)

Use of Your Information
Should you choose to provide us with prior permission, your information will be used to send you free updates as well as Special Offers and other marketing information.
If you have submitted Personal Data through the Site and would like that information deleted from all records held by Peekaboo TV, please contact the Web Manager at lbb@peekabootv.com.  Peekaboo TV will use reasonable efforts to delete this information from its existing files.

Liability Issues
Peekaboo TV excludes to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law all liability (other than liability for death or personal injury) resulting from access and use of the site or the materials from outwith the United Kingdom.  Peekaboo TV reserves the right, at any time, to change the Materials and the terms and conditions which apply to the use of the Site.

The site and the materials are provided on an "as is" basis and Peekaboo TV excludes (to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law) all implied warranties, implied representations, implied terms and conditions. No reliance should be made on any of the statements made within the site (other than these terms and conditions) or the materials or any third party sites and Peekaboo TV excludes to the fullest extent permitted by law all liability (other than liability for death or personal injury) resulting from any such reliance.

Notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing, Peekaboo TV excludes to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law all liability (other than liability for death or personal injury) resulting from your access to and use of the site or the materials or any third party sites.
