Now, this is new. And very popular. SMR scores are a snapshot of how popular your brand is on social media channels. Your score, out of 100, is an average of the volume of ‘noise’ out there in social media-land and the positivity of the sentiment. Tracked over time and against your competitors, it provides a tangible metric for gauging if the strategy is working, helps to highlight any tricks being mixed and helps to flags any potential bombshells so they can be defused.
